Between God and I

I thank my Almighy God, the El-Elyon, the Creator of the heavens and earth, the Beginning and the End, my Jehovah, my Helper, my God who sought me out and brought me out from my Lo Debar. I’m using this avenue to thank you and appreciate you for your faithfulness and loving kindness, for your tender mercy, for being my everything when everyone rejected me and every road was blocked against me. You are my El-Shadaai, my God who is beautiful beyond description, my God who is greater than the greatest, stronger than the strongest, mightier than the mightiest.

You are my God who brought a mighty river in the dessert of my life, You made a way in my wilderness. You have been my friend, You have been my shield, You have been my Rock, oh God. That’s why I love singing this song to you: “Oh give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good, for His mercy endureth forever” (Psalm 136:1). My Lord, indeed you have been the song for me in my lonely hour. When I sing to you in the time of trouble, you show forth and you deliver me. My Lord, indeed since I’ve joined the Army of the Lord, you have never disappointed me for even one day. When the world is waiting for my disgrace and my downfall, my God, I see that you show up on my behalf. I join the hosts of heaven to barak You, to shaback You, and to halal You. My Lord, my Friend, I now know the reason why the lily says You are the Lily of the Valley, I now know why the star says You are the Bright and Morning Star, I now know why the rock says You are the Rock of Ages.

My Jesus, my Jesus, what a wonder You are; You are the beautiful Rose of Sharon, what a wonder You are. My Lord, my Friend, You are the Lion of the tribe of Judah, what a wonder You are. My Lord, my Friend, when I miss my way, You help me find my way. Thank You for all of the gifts, thank You for all of the potential, thank You for all of the blessings that I have received from You. My Lord, my Friend, if You didn’t love me, where would I be? I thank You for Your unmerited favor, I thank You for Your unmerited grace. I look back in my life, and I can really say I don’t deserve all You’ve done for me, but You gave them to me because of Your unmerited favor and Your unmerited grace.

My Lord, my God, You have never allowed the people in the world to ask me “Where is my God?” I praise You, I give You the glory, I give You the worship. From the bottom of my heart, I can say indeed You are great in battle, You are the mighty warrior, Jehovah is Your Name. Blessed be Your Name, oh God, for the gift of life, and physical strength. My Lord, I just want to sing You this song as a sign of thanks: “What my father could not do, You have done it for me; What my mother could not do, You have done it for me; What my Pastor could not do, You have done it for me; What my friends could not do, You have done it for me. Oh, oh, oh, glory to Your Name. Glory, glory, glory, halleluYAH, Amen.”

Yours faithfully,
